The Summit On The Road Experience

We want to win together! SEU is committed to helping students across the SEU Network win. Join us this year for the SEU Summit On the Road — an event designed to help resource leaders who are developing leaders. This year, we’re coming to YOU! We will have 3 different Summit experiences in 3 different locations: North Carolina, Florida, and Texas. You’ll have a chance to share best practices, dialogue about what is working well in this new season, and hear from the SEU Network Team. We can’t wait to see you at one, two or all three sessions!

Details

Session 1

Marketing Strategy & Planning

Dates: November 17-18, 2022

Location: Multiply Church (Concord, NC)

This event is the starting point, and it’s not what you might think. Marketing is more than ads, emails, and social media. It’s about really knowing who your students are. What makes them tick. Where their heart is. And subsequently, how to capture their heart and attention. Through this event, you will get into the heart, mind, and soul of your ideal student and then create a marketing and recruitment strategy that connects with them at every level.

Session 2

Enrollment & Onboarding Experience

Dates: January 26-27, 2023

Location: Grace Family
(Lutz, FL)

Now that you know your students and have captured their hearts with your marketing strategy, it’s time to create a plan that inspires them to apply and enroll at your site. In other words, you’ll build a strategy that moves students from interest to application, and then from application to enrollment. Because let’s be honest, we can’t impact students if we aren’t enrolling them. So, let’s dig in and build a plan to get it done!

Session 3:

Student Experience

Dates: April 20-21, 2023

Location: Hope Fellowship
(Frisco, TX)

Alright, you’ve recruited and enrolled your ideal students. Awesome! And now the best part… developing, discipling, and deploying them to change the world! So, what are the elements of a student experience that is not just great, but truly changes their life? Come and see! This event will be instrumental in equipping you with the framework for creating a student experience that is life-giving, life-preparing, and life-changing.

What to Expect

Thursday

Generally, this is the travel day unless you’re local. When you get to town, come to the church campus for a social hang time from 6:30-8:30. See old friends, make new friends, and just relax.

Friday

Alright, time to get after it! Today will be a hands-on, interactive, practical experience during which we’ll dig into the topic du jour. The goal for the day is for you to leave with deeper understanding and a clear path to move the needle for your site and students. We’ll get started at 8:30a and wrap by 3:30p. It’ll be a full day, but so worth it!
